I received your ESP expansion Board and ESP32 wroom 32C. However, there is a connectivity issue between the exp board and ESP32. When I connect the PC to the USB C socket on the Exp board, it powers the ESP 32 but fails to communicate. When the cable is connected to the ESP 32 it connects immediately.
Is there a jumper to be set or some other issue needs to be sorted. Pls help.

We appreciate your support. Please note that the Expansion Board does not include a USB-to-Serial (UART) programmer, so it cannot be used to upload code to the ESP32 directly.
To upload code, kindly connect the ESP32 module directly to your PC using its onboard micro USB port.
The Expansion Board is designed mainly to provide power and break out the GPIO pins for easy prototyping.
